  • if u have ever lived in port harcourt, then u will support govt's effort to clear the town. the people are settlers on land that dosen't belong to them so govt has every right to evict them if the area is to be developed.

    we should find a way to reduce the slums and not encourage their expansions.

    when u live 4 house wey no be ur own u no know say the owner go come one day to take am back??

  • A better place has been provided for them in Etche but many have refused to relocate.The Rivers state government is trying to sanitise Port-Harcourt.

  • you carry fisher men go put for farm land. and expect them to do what ? you go create more thieves. the govt failed to develop the land mass directly opposite these water front for the people because they want ph to develop only north wards to igboland.
