@shinemalenurse, Beloved in christ, Dont judge jesus acitivity with Human's. Jesus is beyond our definition. None is equal to Jesus. As the way prophets described in many books,for his fulfillment of righteousness He went for baptism eventhough he was sinless. Refer the words of John Baptist, He(jesus) will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and with fire. Wherever you are just swimming in to water is not baptism, It is lifestyle. from your childhood to till the end.

So Dont under estimate orthodox baptism in your way.Christianity is life style , that should start from the day that you formed in your mother's womb. So your first  preacher is mother , then father, then priests..teachers etc.., Hence your parents have right to bring you up in the way of God knowing Child. Certainly you have right to follow them in christ. Tell me how you can claim that after matured baptism ,people are not doing any sin. Sin is always behid of each person.

Whether it is infant baptism or matured baptism, water is not doing anything. presence of Holy Spirit , that is the matter & Transformation in christ , that is Baptism.In the mother's womb, there itself God Has created a life path for you, God has counted you as one of his son.then Why ortodox follow infant baptism , Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.Provbs 22:6

dear mr.shinemalenurse ,u r the who does not read the bible carefully. u are just taking the external meaning of the sentence. does the bible say only at age 30 you can recieve holy baptism. do you knw what is the purpose of the holy baptism? jesus baptism and our baptism are same? and i wanna let u remind u something, there is notthing called child baptism and adult baptism. there is only one baptism and that is called the holy baptism.

Hello snehithan,i didnt tell about adult baptism and age of baptism,only one baptism bible is teaching which should believe first and get baptism,thats what jesus saying to his disciples at the last chapter of Mathew ,so just obey the God,s word .tharkkichal vachanam marukayilla,puthiya niyamam vayichal viswasicha sheshamulla snanam mathrameyullu,athanu kalpana,vachanam vayikkuka sthyam manasilakkuka ennittu padippikkuka.May God bless you.

i never said baptism should take at the age of 30years.Also want to let you know that holy baptism is the way what jesus showed.Read Romans ch.6 ver 3-8

Dear Brother shinos,do u know that jesus is Lord who was before everything,read book of Colossians.Jesus shows the way how to get Baptism.
