rowing is more technique than strength really, and, i mean, the age of the boat doesn't really matter, if it is just i good shape. and C2 makes better oars^^ but keep trying, your equpment will be better in the same pace as you

yeah, they're ok...
they could make the finish a bit gentler and not lean back so suddenly or heavily - they're cutting off the run by having to boat diving...
but, y'know, nobody's perfect!
