  • Wow steph. Does gretchen realllly tell you. No no no. Does she have oppositional defiant disorder?%??!!!

  • @smurfmama2020 Steph exagerates a bit. We have disagreements sometimes, but I am NOT like she imitates me!!!!!!

  • Can you ask her to make a blueberry mousse

  • Hey Crumb Boss -- Is Calico Cottage the company that supplies your fudge materials? I've worked with products from them before.

  • so much sugarrrr

  • Oops!! Pressed the wrong button. Crumb boss can you leave out the heavy cream? just wondering.

  • @Littlecupcake8888 Sub in milk, or if you are looking to do dairy free, use almond milk, or soy milk

  • Yay! Fudge Icing! Thank you Cissy for the recipe. And Crumb Boss can you leave out

  • hey crumb boss! do you do molecular gastronomy... like do you use liquid nitrogen, maltodextrin, agar-agar etc? just asking because at culinary school they do some molecular gastronomy

    (i think)

  • @gigacooler Ive seen a bit of that, but I am old, and that is past my time, we'll save that stuff for the youngsters! I stick to good old fashioned TASTE FABULOUS recipes and methods!

  • GOSH im Damn hungry!!!~~

  • I am so excited to try this out! Thank you Cissy and crumb boss! :)

  • You are saying that its chocolate chips, but, chocolate chips can be milk chocolate, semi sweet etc. Baking squares can also be bittersweet, semis sweet, and unsweetened. So which one is it?

  • @MrMikeProductionz Semi Sweet Chocolate chips. Baking Squares Semi Sweet as well...You can change the ratios to suit your liking, if youprefer a more bitter fudge, then go for the bittersweet variety. I wouldnt go for the milk choc though because its already a very sweet recipe.

  • YESSSS!

  • @monymony2626 yes you can but I would let it sit for a while before piping :)

  • Would this be okay to put in a pastry bag and frost cupcakes?

  • Yay thank u

  • Thank u Crumb boss for filming and Thank u Cici for sharing dis recipe ;)

  • How funny, you were right then...what I make is a lot like what you make...because I make a combo of a ganache with buttercream for topping my Boston Cream Pie Tiramisu, etc. Cool that other women are doing it too. Go Cissy!!! Go Gretchen!!! Go Steph!!! Love you guys! xoxox (PS I left Facebook for now, so I'll catch you on here. My kitchen is now looking very spiffy and organized, but I miss everybody! )

  • And yes...definitely use Ghirardelli if you have it available and can afford it. I know I will tick off Nestle, but they changed their recipe on their chips and I can't stand them now. I use Ghirardelli or Hershey only if I have the option.
