6:05 I think that's the first time you'll notice Snake smile in a Metal Gear Solid game. I always found it sad that Snake aged rapidly, and it ruined Snake and Meryl's relationship. She married Johnny who Snake just opened a can of kick-ass on. Remember at the end of Twin Snakes when Snake said that cheesy romantic line? It's a giveaway the bed shook that night. Their relationship was good.. he deserved her. I did find it weird she disappeared in MGS2, though...

PS1 cutscenes don't have to be rendered by the PS1, they can be movies imbedded in the game.... i.e. alot of the final fanstasy ps1 game did this, so how am I supposed to know the difference...

Depends of what you do when ocelot tortures snake... If you surrender, otakon dies, if you don't, meryl dies.

Either way, any of them should be dead in mgs4.

actually, if you don't surrender and you get thesecond ending,Ocelot doesn't die. He stays in there to let them out before the "air strike" but if you remember it was called off so he survived.

@vader1986a Yeah i beat it on all endings :P! I survived torture too. I got the stealth gear. for it I loved that game Mgs1!

@dameutohellnoob In fact, if you save Meryl (a.k.a. if you don't surrender in Ocelot's torture), she gives you the bandana (infinite ammo on all weapons when you are equipping it). If you don't save her, Otacon gives you his Stealth Camo. || Back on the video, it was awesome. I almost cried. Just... remembering everything... I want to play MGS1 again ;w;

ah i wish it was actually msg1 scenes there voice actin was alot better unlike twin snakes and it just plain out isn't the orignal Sn msg1 had that catchin opera song that made it sad

Very nice. Though I love MGS4, and will always love it, having a few scenes like this(In PS3 quality) would've been nice in the game.
