@Squidy666 I love electronic music (at least the good stuff), and I've been a metalhead since I was 8 years old. I just got back from a metal fest in Montreal. As I Lay Dying, and Children of Bodom were INTENSE!! I'm going to see Amon Amarth in a few weeks, and I might see Arch Enemy in September. VNV Nation is going on tour, and one of the shows is in Toronto, and I have to say that I'm tempted.
It was a wonderfull night yesterday here in Athens, Greece! Thank you very much for the great moments we lived together! I'm already waiting for the next time, hope it will be soon...

saw them at sheffield sunday night - what an amazing gig and experience. Had no idea just how good live they are..... the whole crowd gets involved and the lead singer is a complete showman and entertainer.
Saw these guys live on Sunday for the first time .. I have to admit this has taken the top spot over Illusion and Chrome as my fave VNV song .. I jut loved the way they got the croud to sing it out .. those moments will stick with me for a long time :D ......
Perpetual is without a doubt my favourite VNV Nation song, and in my top 5 for favourite songs of all time. It purely energises me, I always want to go do something physically exerting when listening to it.
My other faves are probably:
Illusion, Chrome, Nemesis, Beloved, Further, Testament, Carry You, Saviour (Vox), Arena, Honour, Epicentre, Rubicon, Standing, Legion... ah damn, there's so many great VNV Nation songs! I think those are about all my stand-out favourites. :p

yep , the gig was great ...In the past I saw the too when I was pregnant ( the two times I was pregnant ) and even the babies inside my tummy clapped their hands haha! ;-) ) Both times...They even reqonize the songs now that they are six and four years old , that makes us happy, the next generation of VNV fans are out there already! ...
