I love Megan Nuttal. She has a beautiful voice and she's HOT. Keep an eye out for her in the future. In the London production, the actress playing Leisl understudies Maria (after the alternate). I wish I could see Megan playing Maria in Toronto.

i think she's right about Leisl being a brat,, the children in the original movie were awful,, thank god this show presents some depth. and meghan certainly knew prior to auditioning who leisl was.

I really like this Rolf - it's nice that he actually looks and sounds like a kid. Liesl, on the other hand, does come across as older playing young. She has a beautiful voice, though. I thought her observations on her character were realyl interesting, although I wouldn't neccessarily use the adjective 'bratty' to describe Liesl. :)

actually, i would agree with you on the 'older to younger' of megan in this. however, after seeing her on stage, it's completely different.

when you see all the parts of leisl, and megan's performance of it, she's really quite flawless.
