It is sooooo easy to say something NICE to other humans, making them(me in this case today) feel GOOD! First of all the little boy did not break in the store at three in the morning he nicely walked in the store because it was unlocked. So the real question is why was the store left unlocked for the little boy to get in at three in the morning when i'm pretty sure the store is not open at that time of the morning for the door to just be unlocked for invisible customers to come in. So the cameras should not only be on this little boy, they should looking at the managers carelessness.

A user felt that the kid did not break into the store so the title of the video was not correct. I pointed out that the kid's actions meet the legal definition of breaking and entering so the title is correct. That's it, honest. I made no statement that the law was holy scripture (your words.) I am a (white) stay at home great mother of 2.My 2yr old daughter got out the house at 5am. Took off her footy zip up pj's,figured out how to unlock the door and went outside.It was easter morning and the"easter bunny"came and hid eggs already.She spotted them out the window. Something woke me early and i found her outside with easter eggs in hand only wearing a diaper.It happens! Forget race and things happen to great parents. I learned and put higher locks but it does happen. TO ANYONE!

Ok, the door is obviously unlocked as we can all see he walked in because someone didn't check the locks before leaving the store for the night, also another thing that bothers me is WTF is a 4 yr child doing walking around outside his home at 3 in the fucking morning >.<??? The only reason this happened in the first place is because the parents and this Family Dollar store both FAILED to make sure their doors were LOCKED! As far as I'm concerned both the parents and the store fucked up.

One time my little brother and sister decided to take a walk, unsupervised, to our old house, we had just moved. The distance was a few miles of busy streets, definatly not safe! They were 4 and 5 years old. Fortunatly a mutual friend spotted them! It was before anyone had video cameras, so it was not posted on you tube.

First of all the little boy did not break in the store at three in the morning he nicely walked in the store because it was unlocked. So the real question is why was the store left unlocked for the little boy to get in at three in the morning when i'm pretty sure the store is not open at that time of the morning for the door to just be unlocked for invisible customers to come in. So the cameras should not only be on this little boy, they should looking at the managers carelessness.

You dont have to break anything to get a breaking and entering charge. I know that for a fact. In this case it could be placed as unlawfully entry. But seeing that the child was 4 then the parents are liable for the charges and state probably owns the kid now.
