Wow, I had forgotten this one, stumbled across another artist and had to find this one. In its day, and mine, this was a favorite. Love the way she says "bye, Baby" and then that final little "have a good time" was so pensive. I am enjoying it again, and I thank you for uploading it.
i'm from the 60s and was a kid the first time i heard Sue Thompson, her voice, phrasing and pronouncing words are just incredible, too bad very little videos of her.
@kadthebad1 : then why did you finish listening to the song? i know you love it, you love the voice you just can't stand your past that's why you're just one big HYPOCRITE!
I'm 43 years old and this is not my era of music. but because my father plays this in my younger years i started to love this song. it gives your heart a wonderful feelings and it makes you feel relax when you listen to this song.. I love this song so much... i also love the song CRAZY by Pasty Cline...
I was 19 yr old Seabee staioned in the Philippine's and my girl friend back home dumped me. It didn't take long for me to open my eyes and heart and fall in love all over again with the beautiful Filipinas. I remember this song being played in all of the juke boxes. I'm 67 now but it seems like yesterday. Memories are wonderful!!
@railmannn We were little kids in the 60's and my uncle has a jukebox in his grocery in Subic , Olongapo and those were the days when sailors keep on playing this song nonstop. !!!

Excuse me, if it's ok, can you send me this song via yahoo mail by attachment? I've been looking for this song because my Dad asked me to download it... And just without a struck of luck, I can't find it... :( Please help me...
What a sweet voice from this pretty little gal. I love this song - it's wonderful to waltz to. This is a perfect example of what truly good music is all about. Sue recorded some fun songs but I love her ballads the most. Thank you for posting. - Paula (formerly PaulinaRena).
my grandmother died on New Years Eve. She used to walk around the house all the time, singing this song. It has been known as "rose's song" for as long as i can remember. Thank you for posting it.
thanks for uploading! gosh, brings me down memory lane when my siblings and i were toddlers. not at school yet, but had a 'routine' where we HAD TO sleep at siesta - which was a constant struggle. my parents would switch on the radio to somehow help us sleep. this is one of the songs regularly played on the radio between 1pm - 3pm and my parents' favorite song. i could hear it at the background as i fell asleep. to this day, whenever i hear it it reminds me of siesta time in the Phils!
most requested song in cocktail lounge and beer houses in the Philippines in the 60's and 70's. Sarap kasing isayaw ng sweet sa mga bellas noong araw.
i learn this song when i was joined in the band' because my singer she really like this song..because that time 1966' very popural this song..in phillipines..and that time i was i8..now..im 60 plus..thanks..
