Really!? I'm sorry that you are so naive. Puppies, kittens, children, any living being for that matter...should not be scared when growing up in a same-sex household. I would be more concerned about a household that is unloving or neglectful or abusive. Sexual orientation has nothing to do with one's ability to care for and love a living being. To answer your question, my "Buddy" is 7 months old. He still can't climb steps and that's okay with me. He's adorable and as soon as I learn how to make a video of assorted pictures, I will post it on here and then you will see what a cutie he is!
WOW. i just typed in soft coated wheaten in here, and saw this. i have a dog named sadie, she is a wheaten terrier. almost every picture on that was her lol. like it was shocking! my girlfriend and i have 2, they are amazing! you should msg me and we can tell stories about them, u can see her pictures! its like ur alls life is our life too scary!

Wow i drove to Pennsylvania to get mine too! We live in New Jersey. We drove there to pick it out then we met halfway at the Delware Water Cap to pick him up. His name is Brady and he is 4 now. hes so cute and acts like a puppy cause he like is.
Your Sadie looks exactly like my "Buddy" who is also a soft coated wheaten terrier! Aren't they just the best dogs? No shedding, hypo allergenic, and they rarely bark! Now if I could only get him to stop jumping up on people and giving the famous "Wheaten Greetin'" to everyone!
I have had people stop their cars, get out and pet my dog and say how adorable he is, and he loves it.

I got my lil' Dawg when he was 8 weeks old, Hes a year and a half now, So awesome! (he hates the mailman, for some reason.)
I get the Wheaten Greetin', and he does the wheaten whirl.

i have a wheaton too, but we didnt get it until he was 6 months old so i didnt get to see him as a very little puppy.
