EXTREMELY GOOD! The Russian training is so much more intense. I belonged to SK for a few years and the training as a whole, or rather the participants were quite soft and as a result, the training was lax. If these folks came to North America, they would really kick training up a notch and a half!

I have practiced SK for two months (i'm only a white belt) and this video is exceptionally inspiring!

I liked expecially the work with pads and randori, which is rare to see.
