What are the options for AE 7?

I have not tested Normality with AE7, so it may or may not work.

Aha, non-Intel processor I assume? Normality requires an Intel processor.

whenever i try to apply normality to a layer it says " after effects error not a valid filter  25::3"

It would be easier to help if you posted what version of AE and what OS you are using...

need Help !! I wanna get an reflection on a Bullet Shell falling from a gun so the reflection to be on that bullet shell can some one help ?

Render a normal pass of the bullet animation, apply Normality to it in AE and set a layer as your reflection map.
