I haven't played online in a few months, i'm nothing special, my record's like 80-40, with about 99% of my games played i've ran with the Titans

this doesnt look like an option route. I run similar plays w/titans on madden. Just pick a play where the back runs to the outside and then runs up. Soon as the play starts start running to the same side and make sure that your qb is ahead of the back then lateral the ball. (360 lateral is left trigger)
