God I just love this song. It makes me pine for a state I don't know, as if I've been there all my life. It captures such a warm beauty that we don't have here in New York City. I can see myself driving past palm trees on my way to go out and camp on a remote beach with a nice bonfire and a bottle of Southern Comfort and a few guitars and friends. What could be better? That must seem so silly to people who live there already, but to me it's such a pleasant reverie.
