@magneticglass if its a bristle nose the males have bristles and the females have none or small ones. if its common pleco you dont relly know until they are adults and even then its not obvious but the males usually have longer or slanted noses
@ExoticTanks407 LLLAAAAAA!! thanks u sooo much...the other day my pecs were mating but there both male deffenetly both male..i even checked for egges under the log and there went any..i need a female but i cant get them anywhere at the moment..do u know if a common pleco can breed with a bristlenose?? if not, how do u tell female bristlenoses from common plecs?
@magneticglass well one thing when do you need the female because i have 5 2 month olds. ok the diff is the nose female bn shud have small bristles if they both have none i think but not possotive the female common would have a stubby nose unlike the female bn it wud have a kind of bigger nose but again im not completly sure.
@ExoticTanks407 ok thanks again..the thing is that i live in the UK and im not sure if ther is a pet shop call pets super market..but ill still look on their website..thanks again.. :-)
