  • Original .

  • The Henry Part is Awsome

    But the movie is Awsommer

  • Masterpiece!

  • I had a co-worker who did a hilarious impression of Walter Matthau's end speech with the whole "That's right Mrs. Lampert, I'm a dead man". Still cracks me up thinking about it.

  • The best Alfred Hitchcock movie Alfred Hitchcock never made.

  • @brinpol stanley donen = Hitchcock 2.0

  • I love the title sequence of Charade. it's very mystified.

  • Top flight, suspenseful movie. Hypnotic thme. Movies like this aren't made any longer.

  • @primogennaio Catch Me If You Can (2002) even has a 60s style title sequence. Down with Love (2003) - but yes these are rare exceptions and rather hommages to the 60s.

  • Henry Mancini is a pure genius, its a simple tune but it sounds simply wonderful

  • The Love Theme from Romeo and Juliet was by Nino Rota

  • Honestly, Maurice Binder makes the coolest graphics.

  • Top 10! Best of the bests!

  • This is a wonderful movie. How could it not be? Grant and Hepburn are at their best. The movie starts off with a bang and never lets up. I believe it's the best romantic comedy ever made. I can only think of "The Lady Eve" and "Moonstruck" as possible challengers.

  • This is definitely on the list my top ten favorite movies.

  • They don't make like these anymore, thanks for posting.

  • Henry Mancini, Stanley Donen, Cary Grant, the lovely Audrey Hepburn, Walter Matthau and James Coburn are equivalent to greatness in the making with the movie "Charade" in 1963.

  • Henri Mancini was fantastic.

  • He sure was. He has written numerous popular songs, most of which were film scores. He wrote The Pink Panther theme, Breakfast at Tiffany's, Baby Elephant Walk, Mr. Lucky, The love theme from Romeo and Juliet, and many others. He's one of america's greats, and ranks right up there with Irving Berlin and George and Ira Gershwin.

  • @Lengo67 Love it when you put Mancini and Hepburn together. Like "Wait Until Dark".

  • @Lengo67 You forgot the whole soundtrack for Victor or Victoria how could you!!

  • Awesome music!

  • @prep909 Yeah, I really like the emphasis on the back beat with the drummer's hi-hats. And the tune itself just flows along. They don't write 'em like this no more.
