One of my favorite songs of all time, without question. And from the first time I ever heard it back in what, '83? Have this version on 12' vinyl and several others on CD. This is the best version for sure. Man, I miss the days of hitting the independent record store circuit every weekend looking for 12" remixes. My favorite thing in the whole world at the time. Couldn't wait to get home for a listen.

@themollymelon- lol What!!? No Doubts version was so bad! I was 16 when the No Doubt version came out and I thought it was terrible and I still hate it now. When I was 15 this version was one my favourite songs. The 80's version is always better than a 2000's version of any song

Mark Hollis has such a unique voice. "It's My Life" is one of the ultimate 80's tracks and the extended version is even better. No Doubt covered it and brought it back to a new generation, but Talk Talk's version is still the best version ever. "Funny how I find myself in love with you. It's my life! Don't you forget. It's my life! It never ends." Awesome lyrics!

damn, I've never heard this extended mix before. Its awesome. The original 7" version is so brilliant but it needs the 12" treatment to bring out the awesome production, and unlike other 12" mixes, it doesnt get boring at all because the song is so f*cking good.
