I don't understand... Why is she (The japanese mother) saying 'Dei shou?' after the sentances in an english accent instead of 'Right?' Or at least saying 'de sho' in a japanese accent?
the chinese parents are tryin to fake a malaysian accent..and they suck at it..cos the parents speak better english..im a malaysian chinese too, i noe..malaysians dont talk like dat..most of their sentences usually end with a 'lah's or 'ma's..hahaha..broken english we call it..not this proper..

Well, the mother, definitely- her English accent carries a strong dose of the Singaporean. The father's sounds more 'normative'.
