Well feenachan I also am a singer who took second place in a nationals singing competition in Kansas City Missourri beating out over 400 competitors. I was 12 then I am now 27 and able to wow a croud even more now than then. My muscles have developed and I've got a much stronger voice. So I'm sorry to hear what happen to you. But as long as he keeps his vocal muscles strong he has nothing to worry about and everything to look forward to.

I used to sing just like the kid. When his voice develops, it won't have that same potency.. It won't really last long.

Not to bring the kid down, or anything, it's just what I believe will happen.

For the mean time, he's good. But.. I worry about his future performances.
