Hey Mate, i'm interested in constructing a roasting station. Are you able to give me some information on this setup... Very unfortunate that it got ruined!
I have since moved to the behmor 1600 for roasting, someone wheeled the roaster out from undercover.....and it rained, destroyed basically everything.....

this roaster is great. have seen some self made roasters, including mine. but this one is nearly perfect.
