I can't believe it either. It is weird that after losing weight slowly for a while, it has started melting off again. Oh well, I'm not going to complain at all. Just got out of class and back from the gym so I'm gonna go for now. TTYL :-)
You sound almost surprised! I suppose that's because you've been anticipating this, but it's come so fast! You have made good progress using your new tool - surgery. You need to take credit for the hard work you've done - the surgery didn't do it all! I'm glad you bought new scrubs - that's a celebration!!!
I do understand that I have worked very hard. It hurts me to see those who have the surgery and don't use the tool. Many people I see on here and in the world around me expect the surgery to do everything. I know one woman who eats whatever she wants and just throws it up so she can eat more. I just don't understand that. It is so weird not having food control my life anymore. But is it also freeing. Thank you for your support and kindness :-)
Well, not that I'm saying that I'm perfect, or that there aren't side effects (like hair loss), but I made up my mind that I was going to do this right. I have rules that I follow and they are so deeply ingrained now that I have been able to turn down so many temptations. It is so weird how food is no where near the top of my list of important things. And I love it. You are doing awsome yourself :-) Hugs back :-)
