Unless someone has a balloon or kite with LED lights on 2 ends, with another on a string attached to it blowing around, I'd said this deserves a great big WTF!? Not hearing any wind in his mic, though, so probably rules out kite. Blue ORBS have been showing up more in UFO reports lately though...
@Adonay666 factormaya and mrhector0505 are filming them in mexico regularly. check out their videos. some group coming here has ability to morph shape, size, color of lights and mimic stars, tower lights, street lights even. sizes as small as soccer balls that can expand, be fireballs of any colors, then shape-shift into what tries to mimic our own aircraft. Pine Bush, New York back in 1980's they were studied. Earth is now infested with more of them...worldwide.
