India has too much. How many children die every year. India has much greater chance of children dieing before reaching maturity compared to other countries. Miners die everywhere. Its a dangous job. I don't see why when miners die in China, its suddenly very surprising!

Even though China beneifts slightly more from this enormous deal, Congo will benefit greatly from infrustructure which is the basics for economic development in the long term for Congo.
