haha I learned on an electric originally, then I was sort of thrust onto an upright, and learned/self taught by sort of transferring my knowledge from one to the other, and last year in my senior year of high school, I competed with jazz band, like my third high school year of jazz band, and like total of five years of jazz including middle schoo, but we competed in the jeffco jazz open or something like that, out of all the schools ours was the only one using an upright...
