  • I LOVE the music in this! It reminds me of classical. I find the music inspiring.

  • The drum is the timpani....My Dad played it in the high school band he was in. I often think of him when I hear this song.

  • This song kinda reminds me of Final Fantasy 7 and a song from Chrono Trigger. Well the beginning of it anyways. When I die, I want to go peacefully like my Grandfather did, in his sleep -- not screaming, like the passengers in his car.

Would also like to have this song playing in the background.

  • Noone else has your heart Dan, love the fact that its in the air for you- moustache

  • SPECIAL!

  • wonderful poem where the sound fits wonderfully with a so moving expression af the men soul, thanks 4 posting, not enough stars 4 such great ,unforgettable song,i think it one of the best Neil song ever !5 stars !!

  • I just realized that Chrono Trigger totally ripped this for the Lavos battle!!!

  • isn't this from a movie soundtrack?

  • There is something hopefull and ambitous about a lot of music from the seventies as if people were not frightened to dream and confront the unkown with ambiton of mind the music is more confident and has something to say

weve lost that in todays music and culture

  • @Runrome i totally agree with u! the battle back then is still relevant today, and its like the Beast of capitalism, the government, and the mainstream media -that was the same Beast that these musicians and their songs-fought against. So they showed a strong back against it. But now, its like weve given into that Beast, and it now controls all. Music isnt an Art anymore..its a Business. and Everyone conforms now to 'the system':make catchy tunes..make something that wont piss ppl off-so itll sell

  • @Runrome I think it's more the lack of courage. People just spit out the same stuff, and not even in a new way.

  • @Runrome Frank Zappa has some interesting thoughts on the subject you raised. Take a look at the clip titled "Frank Zappa explains the decline of the music business" (unless you've already seen it, of course).

  • @Runrome the sad truth is things had to change unfortunately, as they always do, and most of the time its never for the better :( yes, especially these days

  • i love the drum!

  • Great words to this song.....the music isn't the best, but I can still hear it from time to time.

  • @thebluesrockers the music/orchestration is stunning.
