Horrific. Jurgen Fritz (show here inexplicably singing) wasn't the singer at all. That voice is from their lead singer Palmer... What possessed prog bands from the 70s to sell out with this pap?....
@hartistry1957 no... in the late 70s if you wanted to survive it was the only thing to do... it's always easier to criticise now... but you have to analyse the situation back then ... only prog bands who sells a lot had more artistic control and freedom but even them choosed to evolve their sound with the time... it was not always fun...

@dawgpilot56 Love Beach... at least the cover was a tragedy...and the name of the album as well... everybody laugh at this cover now...it's much worst than the funny dated Trimvirat '78 a la carte cover...it looks as if it was photographed for a 70s Derrick episode
Triumvirat was one of what I called a "Undiscovered Talent" back in their day. They all are very talented and I love the music too. Those of you with all of the childish negative comments can go pound sand up your ass. If you don't like them then just shut the hell up and go away. And by the way, no "Love Beach" was not great but it wasn't that bad either.
@somepig2k I thought Love Beach was not good then but listening to it now, in detail, almost all of it is a pretty damn good piece of music relative to what was has been out the last 20+ YEARS.
What a crappy video. Lipsynching obviously using Barry Palmer's vocals? Well, it seems all of those music shows did that. But, to have lipsynching by the keyboardist, and not even his own voice. Come on. I'd rather listen to Milli Vanilli.
das ist wirklich peinlich, wenn Jürgen Fritz hier den Sänger mimt und man hört die Stimme von Barry Palmer. So eine Playback-Schummelei. Ich mag den Song, aber das ist wirklich .... kein weiterer Kommentar.
Was 1980 or '81, I was a on campus DJ at Louisiana Tech University (KLPI),Ruston, Louisiana, when I came across this band. This is the first time I seen the players in this band, rare video indeed. Thanks.
This is just f*g tragic. The great Triumvirat vocalist Barry Palmer had been booted out of the band by this time and they have keyboardist Jurgen Fritz (whose voice sounds like he gargles with drain cleaner) lip-synching to Barry's voice. OH MY GOD

The virtuosity of ELP and this is what they give us...Listen to Spartacus...one of the great albums...
Love Beach was a great album...the suite "Officer and a Gentleman"...it's just Greg Lake was burned out and done...

I think we can all agree that Triumvirat wholly and truly sucked by this point.
