Verdane because the Detroit/Flint of the Fire Emblem universe if nobody gets to rule over it so Celice, already having a burden of being king must root out all the theives and baddies in that country and he annex it.
I do believe the Fire Emblem 4 board of the Serenes Forest threads have the translation of the kids gettin' their parent's homeland.
Speaking of which, I wonder what Edin/Aiden does with her life since her kids take over her nation.
The whole pairing/inheritance thing always bugged the crap out of me, especially where Tinny's concerned. Tiltyu has a sister whose kids replace Arthur and Tinny if Tiltyu dies/doesn't fall in love, why can't one of THEM rule Freege so poor Tinny can go off with her lover? The only way she can do that is if you pair Tiltyu with a commoner, which...doesn't work too well statistically.
Because you can't have Subs and Kids at the same time, hurrhurr. maybe one day someone will make a hack that will allow it though. it would be awesome having such a large army.
Well, that's a given, LOL. XD But I wish they'd done a little gameplay and story separation there, and implied "oh well Tiltyu had a sister who had some kids, they'll handle Freege". But I guess it didn't occur to 'em. *shrug*
It would, especially because then you'd get the sub bonuses AND Linda (my personal fave). And two dancers would enable even more game-breaking. XD
Kingdoms are given to the oldest male child, unless there is no male child or said child is too young to rule. If there is no male child the oldest daughter at the death her parents inherits the throne and loses it as soon as she is wed to her husband.
Not all nations follow that rule though, just most. There's exceptions, and given its a fictional land in a video game, I don't see why they had to make it so convuluted.
Yeh, Bridget seems like wild card with her pairing. I paired her up with Deu one time in keeping with matching 1st generation classes. It was .. interesting but didn't make sense in terms of story (kid knocking up an adult).
The only time I got Tinny to not go to Freege was when I did Beowulf/Tiltyu (what a screwy pairing that was), and then paired her up with Celice.

@GrandStaffKatua44
Tinny won't o to Freege if Arthur does, but because Arthur got Velthomer... yeah.
Also, how'd that pairing work out for you? XD
ChristopherTheKnight 1 year ago
It was hilarious; Tinny could do like 5-6 hits easily but then Arthur sucked. XD

@GrandStaffKatua44
Arthur sucked even though with Beo's growths he'd have made an excellent physical fighting mage knight? I am confuse.

@ChristopherTheKnight
He was great at physical fighting after some good revving up, but I got severely RNG screwed near the end of the game.

Aideen probably just lives happily in Jungby after the war. Maybe goes looking for whoever she married. SPECULATION!

Also total yes on Bridget/Holin. Faval with 80 HP and Moonlight Hit Patty are the most epic things ever.

The game would have to be balenced obviously for so many party members, but oh well.
ChristopherTheKnight 2 years ago
Yep. I have a novelization planned that uses subs and kids, if I knew spit all about hacking I'd make up a hack that follows that. XD
Love your username, by the way!
