  • No doubt in my mind. Shane played in the NBA until the lock out

  • @PPGsports you mean the instucter shane played in the nba! i took training with him a became the world records youngest pilot

  • @PPGsports Yeah I knew that jump was pathetic when I did it. Then Dell posted this video and saw had bad it really was ;)

  • @shaneman250 just anotha brutha

  • get in your seat and it all looks good

  • So, not having ever flown a PPG, is there a reason to train someone to fly a PPG in such high winds? It just doesn't seem logical to me. But again, I have no experience in the sport.

  • @IonicBurn i would imagine if someone flew across the country to get training and didnt have unlimited funds to stay in a hotel for weeks and weeks they would push the conditions a bit to get the training done.

  • @mxf7010g8k We never push training. Ever. The reason people fly across the country for SUPER training is for the optimal weather conditions as well as the best instruction. Yes in many places you might sit for weeks without the right weather. On the coast in the perfect location like this though in the last year of SUPER training, no class has missed more than 1 single day of training. That's why it is soooo worth flying out for SUPER training. It is always in the perfect locations.

  • @IonicBurn It's not high winds at all. A new SUPER can deal with even 15 mph winds on the ground and in this video they are only getting about 8. The K2 will fly upwards of 36 mph so no 8mph winds is not even remotely close to concerning. Now if you don't get SUPER training then yes that would be way too much wind but you shouldn't be flying without proper training anyway. It is all about the skill and as you can see, SUPERMATT rocks!

  • @imasuper0308 Thanks! I hope to be able to get trained by you in the future. Where was this filmed? Aren't you based out of Provo UT?

  • @IonicBurn Yes we are based in Utah but the SUPER training is up and down the coast in California, Texas, Florida and other locations depending on the time of year. That way we can train in perfect 75 degree weather all year long even during the cold winters in Utah.
