Lol, you're pushing the ALC too much. Adjust the mic volume and processor as needed. The ALC meter does not light more then 2 dots! 73 my dear friend from 30 division!

You should control the ALC Far to much microphone gain you need to adjust it you will

have bad audio if you use it like that.Turn down the mic gain until the ALC is just visable on the

meter that's it.
