@KimRayworth Not much of a point going back to the 90s when the 90s was the reason why this band flopped. People didn't want this kind of great melodic pop music in the 90s.
@jimbailey69 weird that you should say that because I think there are parts of this song that has a Fall at your feet vibe to it. I so love Crowded House and Jellyfish, why don't more bands care so much about the quality of the songs and then produce them to perfection?
the only single reason I buy lottery tickets is to win enough money to put on a total power-pop festival that would (unbeknownst to them) force Wilco and Jellyfish onstage at the same time. Hah! Then the world would be mine. Uh ... I didn't just say that out loud did I ?
Only Wilco's "Summerteeth" could ever help heal the hole in my heart left by Jellyfish falling into tatters and leaving lovers of power pop lost. If the current (2006 onwards) Wilco toured with Manning and Sturmer, and they mixed it up on stage, then I would just positively wet myself and die right then and there.
Andy's sense for drumming is very rudimentarily sound! I like that about him. That's skill and a lot of taste, which is not too terrible common these days.
i still can't believe how short their career was--a damn shame

Sturmer has such Neil Finn-ish vocals.

They make me think...Is this The Beatles' and The White Stripes' love band?

They were head and shoulders above EVERYONE from that era. Still my favorite album from the 90's. I only wish they stuck around longer.

Sturmer never wanted to be a star, that's the only explanation I have for his dropping off the face of the planet. Long live Jellyfish!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think it was their first single/ hit! Mtv really picked up on these guys despite there notoriety, early on. Played 3 of their videos.

Guitar work aside, I'd forgotten how beautiful Jason Falkner was!

Every few months I come back and think about it... and my answer just never changes: These guys are still my "stranded on a desert island" band.
