alright for all of you dumbfucks out here. no matter which way you turn to get on the ledge or rail, if your FRONTSIDE of your body is facing the rail or ledge then its FRONTSIDE. and if your BACKSIDE of your body is facing the rail or ledge then its BACKSIDE. you guys get it now?

Frontside = Rail/Ledge in FRONT of you

Backside = Rail/Ledge Behind you

Frontside Shuvit/180/flip/.... = doing the trick towards the heel side

Backside  = doing the trick toward you toes

for flatland: when the nose goes behind your RIGHT hand, it's frontside.

for slides/grinds: when the nose goes behind your RIGHT hand, it's backside.

@xxtoolbar09xx No, for grinds/slides, if your FRONT is facing the obstacle, its frontside. back=backside.

flatland/stairs/gaps: backside is when you do a spin of some sort, and your eyes point to BEHIND you. frontside is when you can easily see the whole gap and where you're landing. watch more fs and bs stairs and ull get it. it goes OPPOSITE for fakie(aka halfcab) tricks.

@xxtoolbar09xx well, if your BACK is facing the rail, its backside(so half fs180 is actually backside, weird, i know), and if your FRONT is facing the rail(and you do a half bs180), its frontside. simple.
