That is SO cool, and one of the reasons I've always loved SWA so much! Remember when Southwest Airlines used to be just the "worst of the worst", regarding flying and we only really put up with them because of the low fairs? Now they have the boarding thing far smoother so it's not so horrible, they don't have luggagge charges and they do cool stuff like this.
