  • Now heres the real question why are you using two or three 16pin chips to controll 4 to 12 led's and a PWM audio signal. All of those functions could be preformed by a single 16pin PIC chip.

    Go to a book store and buy a book on a programming language such as Basic , C , Hi C , Pascal. Then go buy a AVR or PIC programmer.
