I purchased one about one year ago.
It's like a PC: when it works fine, it's the perfect. However, when it fails, the problems start. And the Ambrogio support doesn't match my expectations (in my case, Belgium). If the robot is in customer service for 10 days at least, then forget about it: it won't be able to cope with the grass heights. In my case, I've been unable to get robot repaired in the last 5 weeks (still waiting), and I had to buy a tractor! Looking forward to sell back my Ambrogio!
