Your work is good! I think you have mistake in measurements. You have "double cell",2x7,7x7 inch, right? And you run about 2x 25A, this is 50 A ! You measure just one half,7 cells! This mean you have about 700W and 4lpm,this is 175W for 1lpm or 5.71MMW. This is usually for good dry cell generators. If you have better you need generator with isolated holes or no holes. I learn from your videos, this is my gratitude! :)
Hi, Great idea using the rigid gasket material. I used duro 40 neoprene, .060 thick. I'ts probably compressed 40 or 45, no way to tell . I haven't accurately measured my output yet , still have to get a DC ammeter. Looks like i'll be pulling mine for the winter pretty soon ...upstate NY
To my knowledge that is not possible, you cannot get rid of something and measure the same volume. I was wondering at what height you live? Do you live above sea level? And if you do, how far? And what is your gas temperature?
where do you buy the gasket material at?
What is your MMW.....seems like you have a very efficient design.

Surely 1 L every 15 seconds is 4 LPM, not 3.5LPM?

I think you should get rid off the vapor because I think it makes your measurements less accurate. Other then that is looks perfect.

WelI I did get rid of the vapor and the lpm test was the same,or better.

Have you watched the videos from HHOPWR?
