All flushing toilets are a waste of water as well as manure. You need to compost your excrement in order not to wast good human fertilizer & water but also to put an end to polluting the water course with effluent.

That was exactly like the toilet at the Mandarin near my place. I Actually went back in to the stall thinking it was backed and overflowing for flushing so long. I didn't think I had done enough damage that the thing needed an ocean to flush it through.
