I'm not boasting or anything, but I can play pretty much all songs on Feet, Keyboard, and Rock Band pads, and I have to say Drums is close to as hard as Feet, but keyboard is a fuckin jk :P

it actually makes stepmania a little harder

but i used the ps3 drums and nothing else, i just plugged it in and it installed on my computer and i used it right away

but right now im tryin to make stepmania with rockband drums sortve like rockband

im using the pump feature and adding my own songs and making the chart like the drum part lmao

No, StepMania just worked with a driver that was hacked to support the drums. Drum hits showed up as joystick buttons, SM supports those.

i did this a few months age, it actually helped me ge the speed of movement up, i was able to do expert on most of the songe after doing this because it really does help speed your hands up and get them use to faster timing

No, it's USB. It was the 360 drums so they needed some hackery but the PS3 drums just work.

You can use it with the feet IF you have a pad that can be hooked up. PS2 pads need the PS2/USB converter. By default, the keyboard is used.

Me and my mate just had the idea to plug a USB virtual drum kit in and see if it worked with SM/ITG the other day. I see other people thought of it too haha.

Didn't know Rock Band drums would work though, since mine has 2 foot pedals too I might try one of the other game modes with the extra center pad and have it like the bass on Rock Band :P

These were the 360 drums on my friend's computer, but since my roommate got it for PS2 I can say that the PS2 drums do not require any hackery to add to a computer and bind keys - the drivers are standard and work on Windows (XP at least). I'm assuming the PS3 drums are teh same.
