  • I've been lifting for 6 years,I'm 22 now, lifting seriously since about 18. I can't stand trainers, 95% of them look nothinglike I would want to look. Why would you ever take advice from someone who does not look like you want to look?

    I watch the excercises and weight training the trainers have these people do, and it's so pathetic. The people dont lose weight, gain any muscle or make any progress. I think the trainers want them to fail so they keep needing them to "teach" them.

    MAN the worst is!!!! the 30-35 yo trainers that claim they have been in the gym all there life and im bigger,stronger, fast then them and they try give me advice....

  • yeah everything is in cali!!!!!but im in nyc...i want to lose like 40 pounds..im 6'5 280..im not real fat but i do have a little belly..but i dont really look fat!!! i used to be a workout fiend in my teens but i dont know what happened!
