I've been lifting for 6 years,I'm 22 now, lifting seriously since about 18. I can't stand trainers, 95% of them look nothinglike I would want to look. Why would you ever take advice from someone who does not look like you want to look?
I watch the excercises and weight training the trainers have these people do, and it's so pathetic. The people dont lose weight, gain any muscle or make any progress. I think the trainers want them to fail so they keep needing them to "teach" them.

@youngbuck189 yeah man trainers and nutritionist i see all the shit they do i'm like wtf i mean in reality there is no need for trainers if someone just went to the gym for 1 week with a expert they could learn all they need about how to eat and how to exercise after that they can be successful on there own no need for this year round trainer bullshit especially when 95% of them suck balls
