A song that should have won. Rhythm backbeat & melody was 100% 'of that moment' It didnt win 'cos both were wholly wrongly outfitted & their dance routine & choregrophy wasnt 2 clevver whatsoever; ROMANCE & PASSION is what wins Eurovision - plus a GREAT SONG. One STEP FURTHER had the latter (only & sadly) ...but it SHIRLY must B re-leased/ redone soon.......with a more sultry mix per chance and at 112 BPM ....Leona style... Hugs RDOG XXX

steves 50 this year and has had a career playing keyboards for murry head,the penguin cafe orchestra and bob geldof to name but a few. Both of them still look great. I saw them at the weekend and they mimed along to one step further and did all the moves too. steve popped up on never mind the buzzcocks about 7 years ago.

I agree an underrated song and an excellent performance from the duo, Sally Ann was one sexy lady. As someone said it lost something through the orchestra. A lot worse songs than this have won it in recent times.
