Spot on! I think she's also unsure of how to handle being interviewed sometimes and doesn't know what to say that's why she comes off bitchy in certain video's. It's understandable, but has left a stale taste in my mouth due to her arrogance in a few.

I get what she means, the relationship between a loud and obnoxious aspect with the shyness factor. Not a lot of people are only loud and obnoxious or only shy. Most people have various layers on various spectrums, meaning there are so many different variables to different situations, you have no way of predicting reactions, etc. In other words, she is human just like everyone else. The problem w/ the media is, they have been so used to singledimensional stars, they're unsure of reacting to her.
