I know this is an arcade game, but come on, the only reason the boss of the games were so hard, was so youd have to pump the arcade machine with more coins until you finally spammed the damn thing. we bought SF4, so why the hell do we need to be punished further?? thats my only complaint about most of these fighting games. bosses are too hard for no good reason.

other than that i can only say that as a seth player myself, that against Shin seth, you need to be very defensive. unlike the normal seth you find online, Shin seth (arcade mode) can take a lot of damage and deals a shitton of damage.i say, if you want to beat him very easily, pick a charge character (blanka, honda and so forth) and spam the shit out of their moves.for some reason he cant do shit about it. or just pick gief

Street Fighter bosses have been suffering from horribly bad design ever since Akuma in Super Street Fighter II Turbo. Back then, you actually had respect for the bosses because their bad ass design.
