@MrChaseyIBigmuff Yes...there's two extremes. If you cut too hard, your edge will contact the bottom layers kinda like shredding on ice, slippery. Just like on snow, too much weight over the downhill edge and you will hook. Cept here you land on plywood instead of snow.

@R3ACTxMACHINE It's called Snowflex, I have not seen or ridden on powderpak, so I do not know how to compare the two. However, I like to think of snowflew as riding on toothbrush bristles.

@R3ACTxMACHINE The snowflex? Yes it most definitely is waterproof, as we used to continually spray the surface with a water/silicone mixture to lubricate it when it was new. However, I'm almost positive that it'll cost you an arm and leg to buy.

@ochocincoisadick its like a bed of needles... everybody falls atleast once on the megaramp of death they got its nothing like snow you have to stay perfectly straight even the slightest turn and you'll slam... i am literally scared shitless everytime i drop into that thing i've fallen soooo hard so many times on it i wasn't wearing a jacket the first time and it literally scrapped off my entire elbow haha theres a puddle of my blood at the bottom of this thing. =P

I've been riding snowflex at the new Liberty slope. It's fun being able to ride in the summer. It doesn't look like Woodward uses the misting option. Do they use anything to keep the snowflex wet?
