on my HP Notebook when i'm browsing on the web, i still have the rocketdock on my screen! It's very  annoying and sometimes i can't type on the adress bar.

@JustinnnnChannel pretty sure you should try right clicking and going to settings, generally there is a setting for that kind of thing

I can't remember who but Dell actually has their dock programmed by some other freeware dock "company."

It may be rocket dock that does it for them, don't hold me to that though.

well actually with the dell dock you can make cataglorys which i think is awesome for my half life series you click the icon and more icons come out from it which makes it where really my dock only has 6 visible icons but really there is a shit ton

@xSSxJeremy You could put RocketDock into categories with the Stacks. Make folders that are supposed to be categories, then use them with Stacks

Dell dock on my new laptop has been constantly using 15% of my CPU clock cycles, has anyone else had this problem? Is there any way to fix it? I tried uninstalling and downloading the latest version online, but the issue still remained.

I have never really used dell dock, only when i first purchased my laptop, and when i was doing this test. however, i have used rocketdock since then, and have loved the customizability. rocketdock has its own website with its own themes, where users can post widgets and docklets and themes. For all i know dell dock does also, but im sure dell has more important concerns than a dock. Anyways, RocketDock has never slowed down my computer. I have really loved it and how easy it is to customize

the dell dock can actually hold more than 8 shortcuts plus u can group them in one shortcut. but in order to have more space u need 2 move it 2 the top or bottom.

How good is rocketdock on memory? Dell dock uses a lot. Well, couldn't say a lot, but more than most of my other apps.

yeah.. is star dock pretty good? i've never actually used it. but i don't like dell dock at all, i actually think its pointless, the shortcuts repeat when you scroll, and you can only have a certain amount viewable at one time? yeah its kinda stupid.
