How to take out aloevera juice from the leaf

ok. so for people without a grinder or equipment of any sort u can do up to 0:34 where one side has skin on it. then u take a knife or spoon and gently scrape the gel until all the slime is gone from it and only the skin and fibres remain. if you scrape too hard u will have clumps. you wouldnt was away the yellow liquid running from right under the skin tho cause thats where most of the benefits of the plant is found. if u r going to be drinking it, the yellow liquid is super bitter
