There's a reason why the description box was placed before the comment box, so that people would read the description before typing a comment that they might regret later on =/
its very practical if you are being taught in the traditional art...the modern wushu that you've probably seen more of is flashy and pretty much more suited to win form competitions. no disrespect to them. many of them have excellent stances but poor combat preperation

This isn't an actual technique used to strike someone it's an exercise meant for conditioning your legs.
