Dana, you know I like you. But the whole Jesus on the cross story you have is absolutely NOT congruent with the Roman Army methods of those days. The LORD Jesus, based on the descriptions of the beatings of that day, was beaten to within a gnats hair of His life. Then to say they gave Him a concoction, and revived Him, so that 3 DAYS later He could appear perfectly fine except for the holes in His hands and feet, is just preposterous. NO, only a glorified resurrected body makes sense.
