Watch some of the other demonstration videos if you think it's a 'fail'.
It may take 45min to reach vape-temp, but it can be left on 24/7/365 safely, with no harm done to the device; within reach it's ready to vape in seconds. Not something recommended with daBuddha (or any other vape, really). ;)
@SpiralArchitect9 I think he was saying "fail" because you said I can assure u they are big and they are tasty.. Insinuating that you were talking about male genitalia, in your mouth.
Now that we have all that cleared up.... Do you have to leave it on for 45 minutes? What is the shortest amount of time you could leave it on?
The shortest amount of time you could leave it on? As long, or as short as you want.
After initial warm up, it can be instantly unplugged and stored, or left on as long as you'd like (even if not being used until the next day!). It's designed to left on, ready to rock whenever you are.
@SpiralArchitect9 He was not literally saying your gay but that the phrase sounded gay.. Ever heard of that's what she said jokes? Something like that dude.
Such as "It's so long." "THAT'S WHAT SHE SAID!!" And instead of saying "That's what she said" or "That's what your mom said last night." He said "lol fail"
So you are wrong my man.
And I'm saying what's the shortest amount of time you can leave it on until it warms up to a good enough heat.
My friend has one of these one of the greatest devices invented. I am going to be picking one up soon enough i recommended this to anyone that smokes.
Is it just me or does everyone think that the mflb is just an overall better buy than this. Although this purple days vape looks sick, the mflb is stealthier and faster in my opinion.
@LookAtMeeeeeee both. Vapes are kick ass but if you have high tolerance consider something that allows you to load more than a tiny bit. Silver surfer is kick ass for that reason, you can put heaps in it and totally blast yourself. Instant high.
dude the guy who made this video is obviously the guy who makes these vapes! He's got a shaky voice cause he is trying to disguise it and doesn't show his face. Seriously comon dude.
@Garygok totally understandable if you are a casual toker
BUT warmup time is so high because of the design and deliberate. It stays hot and uses a tiny trickle of current to remain in the perfect temp. Sucking harder does not cause any problem. IF anything it makes it even hotter by maybe 5 C
Personally I find myself grabbing mine a lot so why would I turn it off anyway :D Couldn't live without it and don't know how I smoked this long. Lungs feel better already.
@TheRealJakeKool wait list is about done, and the better days is a knock-off made by a dishonest guy.. I would not buy from ChronicVapeShop if it were $50.

@TheDavidbrice yeah.. well I found it boring but thanks anyway :)
Personally I don't mind someone copying something, especially considering the customer service I have received (and even a nice discount for buying a few)
Competition will bring the price of the PD down which must help everyone ?
I think this is the best vape bar none. It will never stop working and if it does, I'm sure Joe will repair it for me very cheap or free as the design is amazing, all credit to Purple Days of course.
@TheRealJakeKool It's really not hard to see that you are the same Joe that is making these.. Good job shilling. I can see you've sold a whopping.. 8 units.. and three were the real ones you bought to copy.. unless you were just lying & selling your stuff as a real PD?
THATS FUNNY. I MADE A YOUTUBE YEARS AGO JUST SO I CAN PRETEND TO BE SOMEONE ELSE ? I guess I bought a $5000 F1 helmet to pretend not to be Joe as well, right. And moved to Australia !
@TheRealJakeKool : I couldn't get on the waiting list for the real one - waiting to hear from VapeNow. Meanwhile bought the BetterDays , and LOVE IT! Beats my herbalaire, dig 'zilla, and Vapolution
Only ordered after hearing PD is a rework of Aromazap, & the inventor of PD hasn;t tried to stop imitators. (I work in the law- he could)
The improvement is addition of a screen on the top of the vape to prevent herbs falling through.
I'm still ordering the original as soon as I can.

34-45 minutes? thats a joke? da buddha vaporizer KILLS this thing.. heats up in 90 seconds, glass on glass connections and the ability to hook it up to a waterpipe... you got some decent hits and with a ceramic element i'm sure its tasty vapor but DAMN, da buddha is the same price or less..
waitaminute...did you say this thing takes 30 to 45 minutes to get up to temperature? Good things come to those who wait, for sure, but that seems a bit long. At present, I'm using the vaporgenie, which is awesome. I like to keep that thing loaded and ready to go, so even when I've got respectable company, I can walk out the room, vape a bowl, and be back in under a minute feeling nice and lifted.
Yes, it is certainly a 'desktop vape', or home vape. I own a Vaporgenie as well, and comparing the two isn't fair. The long heatup time may be seen as a drawback when looking at the small picture, but when you realize the unit can be left on 24/7/365 -- what is '30 to 45' minutes in the grand scheme of things?! ;)
I'm really interested in getting a vaporizer to help my lungs, but I'm still skeptical and how effective they are. For example, you're still clearly coughing after taking hits, what's the deal with that? Perhaps this vaporizer is heating the herbs too much, too close to combustion?
I was just taking too big of hits. Check out a demonstration video I made to really show the power & efficiency of the Purple-Days. I've owned mine for months and I've never burnt any herb in it, it's just a not an issue.
You still cough because you're still getting THC, which is an expectorant. Introducing an expectorant to your throat and lungs rapidly, regardless of method, results in coughing.
Hey, I was wondering how the smell is with using this product. I've looked on the forum (haven't registered) and was considering getting one for a dorm-room setting. I would leave the aromatic copper plate on top of it at all time (except business time) to steer clear of any unwanted encounters and would just like someone who has really used it's advise. Thanks!
The Purple-Days operates at a relatively lower vaporizing tempature, so their is less smell involved. The more heat, the more smell -- as a general rule of thumb, most vaporizers leave less of a noticeable scent than smoking, but for someone familiar with the scent (or on patrol for it) might regonize it. Take caution, but 'openly disguising' it as an aromatherapy device is a great idea. :)
Thanks a lot for the quick response! But it is an aromatherapy device : ) Anyways yes, I would plan on exhaling into a spoof or whatever they are called. I used to turned wood all throughout high school and have 2 containers that are almost identical to those that you got. This product just got so many amazing reviews from you and I can't resist the ridiculous offer.
