  • @jersk84life lol it would seem so

  • Is this really the highest quality version that exists?

  • Did they film this with a calculator?

  • Minha Net de 1 Mb carrego o video em 2 segundos =) exelente qualidade de som

  • YES IS NICE YES

  • temaso csm!!! lml

  • where's the damn beginning?!?!

    shiot!

  • The amount of talent each member of this band, past and present, have possessed is just ridiculous.

  • this was recorded with a shoe, but FUCK IT, Good fucking metal lml,

  • This has been stuck in my head for about a week. Nothing but "onion chop blasts" aka "cutting board blasts".

  • @HoracioAmiritoDiaz You mean "hyper blasts"? That would be the proper term for blast beats at that tempo.

  • @PrivateSnowballTFC I know they're called Hyper Blasts. I think calling them "onion chop blasts" and "cutting broad blasts" is funnier. I've always thought that hyper blasts sounded like someone chopping something really fast on a cutting broad.

  • Imagine the motherfucking sheet music for this shit. It'd take like $500 worth of toner to print.

  • @lukepleaseshutup I lol'd : )

  • Comment removed

  • If I had a dollar for every pixel in this video, Id have one dollar.

  • If you scared go to church

  • i like the way the guitarist holds his pick. it looks very advantageous to the music these guys play.

  • @InfiniteMisery003 he's my sisters boyfriend :)

  • The vocals are incomprehensible. No melody and makes you feel sad, depressed and angry. Why are you listening to this?

  • @benediktivars

Because you live on an Island with volcanoes.

    That's why.

  • @Cannibalblast that doesn't make sense. Why are you people so angry/sad? It doesn't help anyone! :O

  • @benediktivars

Because you're so happy and joyful.

    That's why.

  • @benediktivars Extreme music for extreme people - need I say more?

  • @benediktivars no melody??? these guys are heavily influenced by classical music and this music makes me happy :D

  • @benediktivars

Well, I understand that you might THINK it makes us feel sad, and depressed, and angry. But once you UNDERSTAND it, it goes much further than that, you see. It's all about the fast-paced energy at the end of the day, and the respect for the technicality of the music they play. Basically, why do people listen to Dubstep, Trance, or Rave? Some people like not being intimidated by the music they listen to. Some, like to sit back and relax.

    We're not those people :)

  • Bad ass

  • so good. can't wait for their new shit to come out.

  • I LOVE THIS BAND *-*

  • tag ur it

  • This band is badass !! Another UNIQUE LEADER RECORDS band hehehe. UNR knows how to choose the right DEATHMETAL bands

  • 1080p

  • @eduardoleitemartins haha.. =)

  • Metal wins :) Metal is generally about hate. In metal, people argue and that's a form of hate (even just a little). So metal wins :)

  • hey look its another one of those heavy metal videos with a naked dude all curled up on the floor

  • I like that metal heads fight about their music. It shows passion

  • Random idiot: "Tech death has no melody."

Me: Many of the classical-influenced techdeath bands are some of the most melodic in death metal. Spawn of Possession has lots of melody to their music, Obscura is VERY melodic for tech-death, and even Necrophagist is melodic as hell. Don't confuse speed and technicality for a lack of song-writing.

  • perfect amount of technicality. not too much and not too little.

  • Infidel

  • I want this video in higher resolution!

  • Quit throwing shit at each other and enjoy the brutality. |m|

  • THEM DRUMS

  • European Death Metal RULEs!!!!!!!

  • Metal is the spiritual generating of energy, with the senses being the catalyst that drives this force. Either you feel this happening when listening to metal, or you don't. However, don't worry if you don't feel the magic, we, the metal heads, are doing just fine without your commercialism and easily digested children radio jingle music. When we band together we don't celebrate how different we are from you, we celebrate how similar we are to each other. It's all about sharing the magic

  • Psyopus rock srsly

  • i love all fast, angry, aggressive, satanic, non satanic music. be it thrash, death metal, black metal, grind core, death core its all music to these ears and i really dont give a fuck who likes this kind of music or not. im a life long fan of metal.

  • @trampledone same here

also, to me theres no such thing as "real", "fake" or "poser" metal

just metal i do or don't like

  • There's like a massive disease. In every Metal video there's somebody who wants to compare. I wish that day came, when all the people just listen to music without complaints. It's just sad. Anyway, great song, great band, great genre.

  • i bet ya 23 deathcore fags didn't like this.

  • fucking hell i love spawn of possession.

  • will you fuck me?

  • technical rules

  • Cabinet is just as worth while as Winds of Creation. Everyone that is into death metal would be wrong not to buy this album.

  • wow, even the vocals sound really difficult compared to other death metal vocals

  • The best european tech-death band!

  • 0:45 Most epic transition of all time

  • can anyone say cannibal corpse?

lol these guys have that look, that sound, and that rythm... only i like this song bettter then any CC songs really..

  • @thezackness I don't really hear any similarities, but TBH if a Death Metal band hasn't been influenced by Cannibal Corpse in some way that either means they were around before Cannibal Corpse was, or they're probably some pussy hardcore band, lol.

  • @MetalPurification I think any DM musician will have more influence of death and autopsy

  • @lolatmyaccounts Nah. Here is the list of most influential DM bands, in order:

    Death

Cannibal Corpse (I hate to admit it, but it's true)

    Cynic

    Autopsy

    Atheist/Suffocation (of equal importance)

    Cryptopsy.

  • @Bassbait What is wrong with Cannibal Corpse may I ask?

    Nice list though, no Obituary?

  • @RadBrad13 Ya, Obituary is kind of as relevant as Deicide and Morbid Angel. I mean, they're all good (I can't stand Deicide, but not because they are musically bad). However, any one of those just doesn't seem as important as Death or Autopsy for the earliest metal bands. Nor Atheist or Suffocation for that matter. Not that CC is bad, I love CC, it's just that I wish I could put Atheist, Cynic, or Cryptopsy above them, but I can't.

  • @Bassbait Yeah, good stuff. Nice explanation.

  • @Bassbait

Only Cryptopsy's first three albums really count, though.

  • @latinodude85 Eh, first two.

  • @latinodude85 Honestly though, I wish that more bands would be influenced by Strapping Young Lad. Vocally speaking, Devin Townsend has the most talent out there. He can do pretty much anything.

  • @Bassbait

I think Death absolutely had the most influence from that era of extreme metal. Just to name a few Necrophagist, Evile, Opeth, Obscura, Spawn of Possession, Soulfly, Quo Vadis, Arsis, and many many others have had members that were Death fans.

Even mainstream groups like Slipknot and Dave Grohl from Foo Fighters liked Death. The guitarist from Sum41 in an interview said 'I used to go home and jam to Death's Symbolic'.

CC got famous from Ace Ventura, but they are decent.

  • @Bassbait You forgot Possessed, but then again, it's hard to classify them ad purely death or death thrash.

  • Rondum is back, fuck yeah! \m/

  • \m/ Dennis is back \m/

  • glad that rondum came bak in the band

  • man, spawn of possession is my favorite band.

  • The better I become at guitar, the more i see the genius in bands like SOP, Necrophagist and Psycroptic.

TBH the first the I heard SOP I thought it was too chaotic and didnt see what all the fuss was about.

  • BENEATH THE MASSACRE IS WHAT U WANT

  • this needs a little more thrash, and a dirtier production (and downtuned guitars). but i can dig it, maaaaan.

  • i love the intro

  • one of the greatest metal bands of today and all time I mean these guys are to good I doubt there humans, but some superior alien life forms

  • Fuck I really love this band. Wish they'd come to Texas...

  • @desolateroom Yeah, they should.

  • Lol @bungnugget, he owns all comments times two!

  • tech death kicks ass! fuck everyone who doesnt like it! hahah

  • i know! im a drummer and guitarist and stuff like this is just beautiful

  • STFU and bang your head!!

  • Kyllä jaksaa Spawn of possession säväyttää kerta toisensa jälkeen. Epäilemättä paras biisi. Aaaah!!!

  • re release this song please louder snare

  • fucking stupid? even "Corpsegrinder" himself told on an interview they are insane

  • these guys are talented as hell but im not really feeling the recording quality

  • This does not sound like CC.

Anyone who says that is just fucking retarded.

  • @LitaniTilSatan666 thats a pretty random comment lol

  • vocalist is amazing

  • Reminds me of Cannibal Corpse

  • Fuck yeah & if you don't agree fuck you ! Nobody forced you to watch or listen. If you do not agree GO FUCK YOURSELF

  • Let's see Burzum do this. LOL

  • @unhallowed45 Why should Burzum do this? If you think pure technicality has anything to do with how advanced music is you have a lot to learn.

  • @mjonas10

I'm not talking about PURELY of technicality. I'm talking about SoP's incredibly broad musical style.

  • @unhallowed45 Yeah, let's NOT see Burzum do this. Burzum is atmospheric/ambient black metal, which tends to not rely on technicality of the music. Different genres are different genres.

  • THIS IS PRETTY SICK I MUST ADMIT!

  • what happened to the intro? :S

  • Technical Death Metal isn't "wankery", it's just very technical (hence the name). If you don't like it, don't watch it.

    PS: Psyopus sucks

  • @PrivateSnowballTFC a lot of technical death metal bands nowadays ARE wankers.

Just compare oldschool bands like Atheist or Gorguts with, let's say Necrophagist or Obscura.

  • @IMBACHABRI Actually, I'd say all of those bands make their music for an expressive reason, not just to show off. Muhammed Suicmez even said himself, "On the quest for speed, don't lose your tightness."

As for Obscura, Christian Muenzner in one interview said that his time in Necrophagist actually helped him learn to use better dynamics and phrasing, as opposed to being "all speed". Plus, in the same interview, he spoke out against writing solos just to show off.

    I rest my case.

  • @PrivateSnowballTFC

    Indeed, Psyopus is awful.

  • @unhallowed45 i really wanna know why everyone thrashes on psyopus.... i love them, and i love these guys.... is it because of the mathy feel?? or because of the vocals being less thrashy or dethmetaly?? or because of the time signatures??

  • @WiThInStAtIc123

I can't deny that they're talented musicans, but the way they write their songs are too choppy-wanky-dee'dul'dee if you catch my drift. LOL

  • @unhallowed45 oh, ya i can see that... i was just like... fuck no, psyopus are most definately talented and need some daps for what they have created... i get a massive migrain when i listen to them too much though hahaha

  • @WiThInStAtIc123 For me, the overall sound itself is just annoying. Chris Arp's guitar work just sounds sloppy and disjointed (as do the rest of the instruments, atleast IMO), and the vocalist just isn't my idea of a good vocalist. On top of that, I just don't like mathcore in general...I'm more of a tech-death/progressive metal guy myself.

    That's just me, though.

  • @PrivateSnowballTFC Psyopus really sucks

  • @SkollDrum your mum sucks

  • @PrivateSnowballTFC lolnope. SoP and Psyopus are both amazing. Go eat a dick.

  • @MutantClannfear u mad bro?

  • @PrivateSnowballTFC No. Still, go eat a dick.

  • @MutantClannfear yeah u mad

  • @PrivateSnowballTFC I understand not liking a particular band, but saying they "suck" is just plain silly. Music is just a way of expressing oneself, is it not? You can at least appreciate that what Psyopus plays is pretty damned technical, right?

  • @battousai555 No, I can't appreciate their "technicality", because it does not appeal to me. Though I will admit, it wasn't necessary for me to say they "suck" when I merely have an extreme distaste for their music.

  • this shit is pretty fucking awesome!

the music is so well put together!

  • And those who brought the rotten boy now suffers Death!

that part is awesome and then the solo =D

  • wow for a moment i thought this was cannbal corpse and then i thought it was every other boring band like this

  • @sukonnewton1 douche

  • god band! :P i like this song

  • I dont care what anyone has to say! "I really dont care" - John Tardy

  • both bands are great fuckheads.

  • Chalky is gonna be so fuckin good in SoP i saw them at screamfest in sydney, aus, on new years eve they were amazing, could have had better sound though it was a bit muddy but i cant fucking wait for the new album, and also the new gorguts and decrepit birth!

  • agreeed. WE SHALL BURN THE NON BELEIVERS

  • @6stringedkillah THE HERETIC SHALL PAY FOR THEIR BLASFEMIES!! *evil laugh*

  • @iluvchopsticks *Blasphemies

    XD

  • @BaphometStudios sorry, blasphemies in espanish is "blasfemias" so i confused them.

  • Each band is unique and as such should be taken on an individual basis and enjoyed uniquely based on their particular style and interpretation of extreme metal. People comparing Necrophagist to Decapitated, or Braindrill to Viraemia, or Spawn of Possession to the Faceless... are you serious? How much more childish can you be? "Oh I like this BROOTALL band so I'm also BROOOTALL and COOL!" Fucking idiots. Stop comparing bands and for once just try to enjoy the music. Stop this unimportant shit.

  • one of the most skilled band on this devoured world! \m/

  • 1:20 Best part omg

  • the pinches are sick!

  • that was the 2:58 minutes more brutal in my fucking life

  • Jesus fucking Christ.

  • Wow! This band is extremely talented and skilled! Im surprised they arent well known!

  • @saiAhikaru AGREE, haven't seen vocals better and faster than this, oh and studio version intros :)

  • Awesome.

  • this is sick !!!

  • @bungnugget - To be honest if you play any instrument you should at least be able to appreciate the technicality of these guys, even if you don't like the overall sound.

Ditto what you said about guitar and drums though. And also add bass guitars to the list.

  • I don't care what anyone has to say... if you're a drummer or guitarist and you think this metal sounds like shit, you fucking suck at what you do, and should go kill yourself.

  • @bungnugget you right on that 4 shure

  • @bungnugget You'd like me to kill myself, because I don't like this. Ja, talent is there, but the music sux.

  • @bungnugget i like brutal metal nigger but this drummer sucks the triggers on his bass drum make him sound clean there guitar players squeal to much the tone is crap and the vocals like like shoit because the rest of them suck so bad only good point to this band is the bass player. faceless= real techdeath so buddy get fucked and keep it brutal

  • @justintimetoparty ....you don't know what you're talking about do you? I like the Faceless but they're hardly tech death, SOP are about as tech death as it gets.

  • @graaaaant your kinda dumb.. tell me what they are then if not tech death lol?? grind core? porno gore? death metal? balkck metal yah not happening there get tech death get fucked. dont know what im talking about get your shit straight!

  • @justintimetoparty i was thinkin more of a nintendocore influence... LOL no rly there is such a thing tho XD

  • @zoso445 lol sick shit man! lol

  • @justintimetoparty

nope, you talk utter shit, spare us your misinformed drivel next time.

  • @justintimetoparty

Haha, kid you're like 14 fucking years old, grow up and get your head outta your ass before you try to talk about music you can scarcely even begin to comprehend..

  • @justintimetoparty everybody here hates you. you suck at life. spawn of possession is good and the faceless are overrated.

  • @BringerOfTruth123 dude the faceless are so unique and alien though. whatever, it's all good to me :P

  • @BringerOfTruth123 c'mon how are they overrated nobody has even heard of them besides a few metalheads. the faceless are almost in a completely different genre than SoP, sure people say they are both are tech death but the faceless are always doing different weird shit and SoP is just really fucking heavy, technical, and overall badass. basically what im trying to say its comparing apples to oranges

  • @bungnugget no one cares if you like it or not

  • @bungnugget said so goddamn well

  • @bungnugget hahahahaha "suck at what you do"

I agree cause I hated metal and only listened to bands like Ironmaiden but when I learned how to play guitar and got good enough to hear whats going on I realized that musicians like SoP are fucking genius talented and well worth listening to...

  • @roflswamp6 lol, whats wrong with iron maiden?

  • @lolatmyaccounts nothing at all I love Ironmaiden they are the shit

  • @roflswamp6 thats a relief, i thought someone didnt like iron maiden for a second there!

  • @lolatmyaccounts I know right? in fact they are the very first band I ever heard, not just metal band but the first music that went through my ears, I used to buy their cassettes when I was like five they are one of my favorite bands ever.

  • @bungnugget hails from cali colombia, u got the fucking reason, everybody, pay atention !!!!! beers man.

  • @bungnugget No you don't. You maybe are a great jazz guitar player and hears metal for the first time and you maybe just get the first inpression that it sounds like shit. You dont have to be bad because of that.

  • Dude! Fucking sick. Is this an official music video or a fan tribute?

  • yeah!

  • Fuck i cant wait for the new release. They had major changes in lineup but the short thing they released sounds fair.

  • and Chalky and Casperson are great additions anyway...

  • @Bodom2293: Muenzner is a great guitarist as well. I like pretty much everything he's been involved with. Especially Obscura.

  • Holy shit. Instant like.

  • This has to be the most technical band I have heard since Anata and Dying Fetus.

  • @Transgression16 listen to Defeated sanity and Wormed. those two bands are tech as.

  • Sweet man thanks. I'm gunna go Rockbox that shit lol.

  • You forgot....NILE?!!!

  • I sure as hell did. Impossible for me to list every technical band out there.

  • This is my first SOP song

  • jajaj ta con madres excelente banda

  • cryptopsy is better... listen to none so vile

  • ya but crytopsy fell of after lord worm. none so vile is excellent but deffinately not better.

  • @PutrudeGuts666 Totally two diff bands i think. Although Cryptopsy is rather mean, Spawn have a spot over em for me. None so vile is definitely a mean album no doubt though. But Cabinet is a really good Spawn of possession album and i think skill wise it blows awa cryptopsy. but melodic wise not so much

  • @Henrym3tal Go to da toilit?

  • Gee whiz! I shall indeed m8

  • BEASTS
