I have the same boat with a rudder and have paddled it 100s of miles in all kinds of conditions for over 1 year. Not a speedster, but tracks well, carries tons of equipment, good on overnights, handles river, bay, coastal waters in wind and moderate chop quite easily. Very stable boat- like a large SUV
Thanks for the video. I'm looking at the Tsunami 145 and the 160 for paddling in lakes, flat rivers and occasionally coastal barrier waters. Is the main advantage of a longer boat speed and tracking?
