  • I have the same boat with a rudder and have paddled it 100s of miles in all kinds of conditions for over 1 year. Not a speedster, but tracks well, carries tons of equipment, good on overnights, handles river, bay, coastal waters in wind and moderate chop quite easily. Very stable boat- like a large SUV

  • Thanks for the video. I'm looking at the Tsunami 145 and the 160 for paddling in lakes, flat rivers and occasionally coastal barrier waters. Is the main advantage of a longer boat speed and tracking?
