  • Some of these are hard for me and some are easy, I guess they call pilates now, but I do remember many years ago I did some of these movements with my aerobics instructor, she has so much energy my goodness...Nice video...

  • It would be nice to know exactly what kind of skill set would be needed for someone to complete this workout before the actual workout begins: i.e. 'This routine is for intermediate pilates students, but I'll be offering beginner-expert level options for those of you who can't/don't want to perform all of the following positions in the exact manner or@the exact level which I will perform them at...' That's always something which I find to be VERY helpful when looking for a pilates routine! :)

  • After you do the bridge, how are you supposed to get back down on the floor? Everytime I try, I wind up falling on my back and it hurts. Or sometimes I try to twist so I land on my arm, but that hurts too. I love doing the bridge, but I hate getting down from it. Any suggestions?

  • So I just did this and I've had a sore back and tight muscles in back for the past week or so now, and it feels so much better already.  I'm gonna make it a habit of doing this video every morning before I start my day :) If you could make a sequel to this, that'd be fantastic!

  • Having a flexible body really has its advantages. It is also explained in the video "Flexibility is Part of Overall Health".

  • Was I the only one laughing during this? I laughed every single time she told me to cut off my toes, and when she introduced the bridge. I was laughing upside down because it was actually pretty fun to try. I loved this! :) I think I'll do it every morning when I wake up.

  • This is amazing! I found you yesterday and I decided to do 20 mins a day.

    I suffer from bad back and when I have been sitting at my desk too long my upper back is in agony! I came home from work today and did this stretching it was amazing. I just finished it and my upper back is nearly back to normal.

  • how do you get so flexable!! Im 16 and I want to start ballet. but I feel the need to become flexable first. whats the best way to get flexable in your back and legs to do splits and do that thing where your leg is back and your back is curved?

    I love that they're only 10mins each so i can mix and match and complete them in the cmfort of my own home.

    Are there any exercises you'd recommend to really blitz the fat and quickly? i'm off on holiday in 3 weeks and wsould like to look reasonably toned for the beach!

    just wanting to know is this the streching that we do before a pilates workout?

  • @conantails yeah, you can do it before if you'd like. It is kind of long so you can take bits and pieces of it that you like and then start your regular pilates workout when you're all stretched out.

  • Hi, I love your videos! I've always been very active person, but I'm just starting with pilates, and I already love it! I got a question about that. I know everybody says it is recommended to exercise three times a week, but are there any contraindications doing 1 hour workout everyday in the morning, since it makes my day!!! :)
